Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Liquid is a kind of high-performance superplasticizer, which is mainly used in high-performance concrete. In chemical terms, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is an organic polymer electrolyte, belonging to polymer dispersant class. Therefore, Superplasticizer PCE Liquid can also be used for dispersion of paste of other materials, such as gypsum products manufacturing and ceramic process treatment, to meet its working performance under the condition of low water consumption.

Uses

1.PCE Liquid is suitable for high performance concrete, high strength concrete, flowing concrete, self compacting concrete, high admixture concrete and various grouting self leveling mortar materials.

2.Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Liquid adopts free radical polymerization at room temperature, with high water reduction rate and slump retention ability.

Main performance

(1) good adaptability of cement. It has good dispersibility to various Portland cement, common Portland cement, slag Portland cement and various admixtures.

(2) concrete water reduction rate can be up to more than 36%, solid content 40%;

(3) with good slump protection performance, it can achieve no loss of concrete slump of 2h;

(4) it has good early-strength performance, which can accelerate the hardening speed of concrete, realize steam-free curing, accelerate the turnover of precast members' formwork, and improve work efficiency;

(5) low alkali content, no chloride ions, non-corrosive to steel reinforcement, can significantly improve the durability of concrete;

(6) this product is non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly.

Dosage        

0.25-0.8% by weight of cementitious materials, the recommended stirring time is 150s at least, it is advisable to make trial mixes before used.
