As a finish for treatment of polyester fibers, fabrics and nonwovens, Hydrophilic Fiber Finish can provide a hydrophilic, soil release and anti-static effect which is durable to repeat laundry cycles. The Hydrophilic Finishing Agent effect enables the production of stable fiber dispersions in water and promotes rapid water transport through treated fabrics.

Dilution   
dilution of finish can be made by melting the product at 50-60℃,adding it to water at 50-60℃ with stirring.



Application  
It can be applied from any dilution rate in water up to about 20%,depending on the method and equipment used. 
●Moisture adsorption and quick drying finishing: 20-30% content, the dosage is 10-20g/l
●Antistatic finishing: 15-20% content, the dosage is 10-30g/l
●Hydrophilic finishing: 8-15% content, the dosage is 20-40g/l
●Dyeing under high temperature and pressure in dipping process: 15-20% content, the dosage  is 2-4% (by weight of fabrics) at 40℃ of dye bath, then add other auxilaries and increase temperature to 120-
130℃.
