HPEG 2400 Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Macromonomer is soluble in water and various organic solvents, and is an important raw material for a new generation of carboxylic acid superplasticizer.
The carboxylic acid superplasticizer synthesized using this product has high particle dispersing performance and retention ability, and has many advantages such as high water reduction rate, low cement usage, good reinforcement effect, good durability, stainless steel tendons, and environmental friendliness.
Hpeg Concrete Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer can be used in high-performance, high-strength (above C60) commercial concrete for field mixing and long-distance transportation.
The product adopts the internationally advanced Italian Press external circulation spray ethoxylation addition device and selects high-activity catalytic production technology.
The double bond retention rate is high. When regenerating the water reducing agent, the reaction activity is greatly improved, the product has good appearance, good cohesion and collapse retention, and excellent comprehensive performance.
