Description

Indrustry Grade Hydrophilic Fibre Finishing Agent is a liquid admixture to be added to the concrete during the mixing process. Enough mixing time to secure homogeneous dispersion should be provided. Based on this product,the growth of the essential Calcium Silicate Hydrate crystals is strongly accelerated and boost the hydration process of early age cement within 24 hours(especially 6-12 hours).
Uses
Hardening Accelerating Admixture is optimized for all kinds of concretes, especially for structural precast elements where high early strength development is a key success factor for the producer.

Dosage
The recommended dosage is 2.0 ~ 6.0 % by cement weight, Hydrophilic Polyester Copolymer is advisable to make trial mixes before used. The dosage is not absolute limits, other dosages may be utilized in special cases according to specific job conditions.
KL1036 should not be pre-mixed with other admixtures. If other admixtures are to be used in concrete containing KL1036 they must be dispensed separately.

Storage
