Polyether Macromonomers HPEG 2400 in Concrete Water Reducer


1. Polyoxyethylene Ether Hpeg is produced by high active catalyst and special process, which makes it in light color appearance.
2. Hpeg Concrete Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer has good selectivity, high double bond retention rate, which can dramatically increase the yield of the water reducer, thus reduce the production cost of the water reducer.

●Low dioxane and free-EO content 


CharacteristIcs:

1. The water reducer made from HPEG2400 has good adaptability to cements.
2. Compared with other polycarboxylate materials, the production cost of water reducer from HPEG is greatly reduced.
3. The water reducing rate of the water reducer (solid content 22%) from HPEG is amount to 30% under 1.1% concrete addition.
4. The water reducer made from HPEG is characterized by early strength,  high-strength, the early strength  and 28 days’ strength of the concrete is greatly improved, compressive strength ratio %: 1 Day ≥180: 7 Days≥170; 28 Days≥ 150.
5. The water reducer from HPEG has high durability,reduces shrinkage and creep.
6. The water reducer from HPEG has less slump loss, which grows initially, and won’t influence the strength, it also has sustained release effect, slump retention is ≥190 mm.
7. The water reducer from HPEG is environment friendly, chloride ion is not more than 0.1%, comply with the ISO 14000 international environment protection management standard.
